The CAKE Kalk& is an electric cross motorcycle by Electric Moped manufacturer CAKE from Sweden. The company is derived from the passion for gravity sports and is dedicated to the category light electric off-Road Motorbikes (L.E.Os.).
The Kalk& is a street legal version of the popular Kalk motorcycle. The name Kalk is derived from kalksten, the limestone bedrock of the Swedish island of Gotland, where CAKEâs test grounds are located. The addition of the & (and) signifies the next phase in the evolution of the Kalk motorcycle.
The Kalk& has a ā§§ā§Ļ,ā§Ļā§Ļā§Ļ āĻāĻ¯āĻŧāĻžāĻ electric motor with ā§¨ā§Ģā§¨ āĻ¨āĻŋāĻāĻāĻ¨ āĻŽāĻŋāĻāĻžāĻ° torque. The top speed is dependent on the gear configuration and is + ā§§ā§Ļā§Ļ āĻāĻŋāĻ˛ā§āĻŽāĻŋāĻāĻžāĻ°/āĻāĻŖā§āĻāĻž. The speed can be limited to 45 km/h for use as moped.
The moped has a ā§Ģā§Ļ āĻ ā§āĻ¯āĻžāĻŽā§āĻĒāĻŋāĻ¯āĻŧāĻžāĻ° āĻāĻŖā§āĻāĻž Lithium battery for a range of ā§Žā§Ļ āĻāĻŋāĻ˛ā§āĻŽāĻŋāĻāĻžāĻ°. The battery is of the same type as the batteries in the Tesla Model S. The battery is suitable for use in cold and hot environments (-20°C to 55°C).
The moped is available in any color.
